At our 2020 Levolux National Conference, we were joined by Adel Houten, an Employee Resilience Specialist and Mental Health First Aid Instructor from Health Perks Ltd. Adel delivered an eye-opening presentation about mental health in the workplace, and also gave us an overview of mindfulness and the many benefits it can bring to an organisation and its employees.
